It’s getting late in the day, and one by one, your family returns from scattered shopping runs, slowly regrouping at the local nature and science store.

As little bro runs his paws through the bin of silver and turquoise rocks, and dad plays with the buzzing rubber cicadas - you find yourself in the back... in the listening chair.

There, hugged by a comfy but peeling leather adirondack chair, you don a pair of oversized headphones caked in the hair gel and earwax of hundreds of others and listen to the latest New Age and World Music, while carefully sipping on scalding herbal tea from a little paper cup.

The Waypoint Ensemble attempts to recreate those days. Not the third degree burns, questionable hygiene, or over priced novelty balancing birds - but the nostalgic feeling, via the music.
